Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Perishable Items: All food items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

  2. Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order, such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email us at info@soupandsalad.com or call 616-451-4445 with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:

    • The item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.

    • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

    • The product did not meet quality standards.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

    • Orders not collected within the pickup window.

    • Customer preference changes after the order has been prepared.

    • Delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards and promotional discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
